It’s not really a surprise that Casper Tielrooij, as one of the founders of Dekmantel and half of Dekmantel Soundsystem, is a gifted DJ. It’s been a wild journey after he bought his first decks at the age of 16. Making his way from Detroit Techno he has been broadening his scope ever since and doesn’t shy away from eclecticism. Fuse dub, motorcity techno, boogie, Brazilian disco, with Chicago house and you’re left with the sound of Casper Tielrooij.
