Not only do they have all the games in the entire world, but it is also the guys working here that make it a special place. When entering the shop, you can choose to just look around, but you can also get help from them. The team exists of classic board game specialists that know the ins and outs of every game. Martijn: “Tell them what you like, what you hate and who you want to play with. They will do the job and match you up with the perfect game.”
Around this time of year, the shop is a perfect spot to buy Christmas presents. Because, who doesn’t agree that playing a board game is the perfect way to spend a cold, dark, wintery afternoon? Martijn: “Turn off your phone, get the fireplace going and have a cozy day with your family.”
Who is Martijn?
Apart from being our sales & events champion and having quite some game (pun intended), Martijn (25) is a talented cook, mixing up delicious meals for his girlfriend and always being responsible for the whole family’s Christmas dinner.
Martijn can also be described as a very structured guy, but somehow this skill seems to fail him when buying shoes, never being able get the right size. Martijn “I always end up with shoes that are either a size too big or small. Every time I look down at them I think: how retarded can I be?!”
