Hotel hack #1: Staying fit in your hotel room


Here’s a hack that will make your travelling life a bit easier. With these 10 exercises, shown by our sport instructor Gertjan, you’ll keep that blood pumping and those muscles working. Great after a long flight. And the best thing is: you don’t even have to leave your hotel room. Ready?

Exercise 1: Window seat scissors

Exercise 2: Surfer get ups on your bed

Exercise 3: Chair dips

Exercise 4: Some classic jumping jacks

Exercise 5: High knees in the (dry) bath tub

Exercise 6: Bed side squats

Exercise 7: Crunches

Exercise 8: Push ups (drop and give us 20)

Exercise 9: Ladder squats

Exercise 10: Bruce Lee sit ups. Only for the real pro’s.
