We asked designer Victor Klijsen to make us a custom-made Pride flag. The design is inspired by a fashion collection of Victor himself. In addition to the rainbow, black queer and trans colors, Victor has also incorporated the colors of the intersex flag into the design. We will raise the flag at the start of Pride week.

GARY (Gerdien van Halteren) will present her audiovisual installation ‘Breaking the Bias’ in Doka. This work casts a light, quite literally, on the myths and biases surrounding the Bi+ identity. Breaking the Bias informs, represents and celebrates the nuanced spectrum of our sexuality.

Step into the wonderful world of Marjolein van der Wal. ‘Starway to Heaven’ is her art project with totem-like installations, built from garments previously worn in performances; in nightlife, at music festivals and art events. Omroep ZWART is a new broadcast platform that revolves around representation and showcasing variety in people, ideas and expressions instead of just uniformity. During Pride they will use a special location in Volkshotel to stream a live talk show on their Instagram.
